The VOC should be so proud of themselves and their impact on our school community this term. They have came together each week to choose fruits to offer their peers, thinking about feedback they have received and really thought hard to offer new tasting opportunities to their friends. It has been great to watch the VOC set up the stall each week, whilst equally as lovely to see our pupils enjoying fruit with their friends at lunch time. Some of the VOC even came dressed as a fruit to celebrate our final week!

The VOC didn't want reception and nursery to miss out, so they provided their fruits to them for free, whilst charging a small fee for children in years 1 to 6. After totaling up the profit from Fruity Fridays and previous VOC fundraising activities, we have raised an amazing total of £506! This years current VOC will meet alongside the new VOC chosen for next academic year to decide how to move forward with the money, whether that be choosing something to spend it on or doing further fundraising for something extra important!
