What a wonderful day we had celebrating World Book Day! Lots of children came in dressed in as their favourite character, or in their pyjamas, ready to enjoy a good book.

The whole school took part in a World Book Day Quiz. Well done to the winning classes. Some of the staff surprised the children by creating a 'Masked Reader' video. It was really trying to work out who was behind the mask, and the story that they were reading.

Well done to those children who took part in the 'Extreme Reading' competition. What a great opportunity to celebrate reading anytime, anywhere. Congratulations to the winners who took reading to a new level.
