Year 5 have been very engaged with our history topic of the Vikings! On Tuesday, we were lucky enough to have a local lady, who is a Viking enthusiast, come into school to show us her Viking costumes and artefacts. We even go to 'play Vikings' ourselves by trying on Viking helmets, chain mail and holding the sword and shield!
