Recently we have been sharing "A View from the Window" with our partner schools in Zimbabwe and Botswana. Here are some of the views- what a difference being close to the equator makes to the light!

Our Year 5 children have also been learning about Gender Equality and will share this with our partners who are doing the same activities.

Some of our children made the following comment:

"I learnt that gender bias is still around sadly"

"I learnt that it requires action from everyone to make a difference for women"

"I learnt that both men and women are affected by gender equality."

"The majority of the world's poor are girls/women since they don't have the same opportunities as men."
